Cancellation Policy
We value our time with our clients and always look forward to our time spent together, we apologize that these policies need to be enforced out of respect for our stylists and our current clients.
We kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 hours prior to any scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule, cancel or change any of your services. The best way to do this is via our email address, Facebook, or call us directly at (607) 565-2360.
Any client that is a "no show, no call" on scheduled appointments will forfeit their deposit.
A client who is a "no show, no call" more than once, will have to place a larger deposit down for the next scheduled appointment and may also be charged an additional fee based on type of service.
Our policy states that any client who is 10 minutes or more late to a scheduled service may require the stylist to decrease any service based on time allotted or choose to reschedule your service if there is not the appropriate time available.
We know "life happens" and emergency situations come up, we ask you just communicate to us on these situations so we can give you the best experience we can at our salon!
